Primo Villanueva moved to Vancouver as a child from Los Angeles so his Father could play football for the newly formed BC Lions. During the off-season, the family opened Primo’s Mexican Restaurant on 12th Avenue, a landmark that is still in operation today under 3rd generation Management. Primo helped launch additional restaurant locations in BC and Alberta, and was instrumental in introducing Primo’s Brand of Mexican Food Products to the major Canadian retail and hospitality marketplace. Primo became a REALTOR® in 1995 and since then has bought and sold over 500 unique properties for clients, while living in the Peace River District, the Kootenays, and the Southern Okanagan areas of BC. In his volunteer leadership, Mr. Villanueva, gives of his time as a Past President of the Lions Club, Rotary, and various levels of organized sports. Primo continues his specialty of Unique Properties with focus on recreational acreages, vineyards, wineries, marinas, hotels/motels, waterfront hide-a-ways, islands, resorts, and development opportunities throughout Canada, the US and Mexico.
