Melissa Carr was born and raised in White Rock. From a young age she had a keen interest in real estate and decided to pursue it professionally in 2004. With her formal education in economics, marketing, project management and accounting Melissa specialized in land development and assembly. As she sold strategically assembled parcels to developers, she broadens her skill and became versed in development. Melissa Carr specializes in bringing transactions together from the ground up. Her attention to detail and unwavering work ethic became the cornerstone to her successful engagement into residential project marketing, new home development, and the completion of a master planned community.

In her spare time she enjoys athletic challenges in yoga, strength training, hiking and skiing. With a strong belief in hard work, Melissa's other passion is fitness. In 2004 she competed in several fitness competitions winning best of class and in 2007 completed the Vancouver Half Marathon.
