Eric Wu, born in Taiwan, moved to Vancouver with his family in 1995. After arriving in Vancouver, the family opened the Pearl House Restaurant in Burnaby where Eric began his study of customer care, hospitality and value creation. Starting from the very basics, Mr. Wu grew and worked to eventually manage the restaurant from starting high school to graduating college. The Pearl House is today an active and vibrant member of the Burnaby business community.

Educated with a Diploma in Hotel Management, Eric Wu wanted to combine his passion for service and wealth creation. Mr. Wu become a REALTOR® in 2004 and currently manages his family's real estate holdings. Today, Eric Wu specializes in commercial real estate investment both international and domestic. His area of specialization lies in multifamily and hospitality. With his fluency in Chinese and Mandarin, Mr. Wu's client base hails from all over the world. As an active volunteer, he coaches a youth basketball team at VBA (Vancouver Basketball Association).
