Investment real estate grew from a curiosity in high school to a passion as Dean Thomas continued his academic studies growing up in Eastern Canada. In his early years, he eagerly followed the progression of raw land from concept, to development, to final completion, with enthusiasm. His formal education was completed in Champlain College in St. Lambert Quebec with a DEC in Commerce.

Immediately after graduation he realized his path and became licensed as a commercial REALTOR®. In working with Marzim Development in Montreal, Mr. Thomas first sold commercial strata properties and, within a year, was promoted to oversee the company's entire retail portfolio. A few years later Dean Thomas became an independent commercial real estate broker representing retail and industrial clients throughout Eastern Canada. After 20 years of brokerage, he refined his skill set in Tenant Representation and since has sold over 1,000,000 square feet of industrial space and more than 750,000 square feet of retail. Dean Thomas has also worked with developers to prepare land parcels and market new retail developments as strip centres and shopping malls.
