Kevin's early passion was in Automotive.  He attended the Automotive Service Technician program at BCIT, where he graduated, top of his class. Kevin worked at various shops and dealerships throughout his apprenticeship before obtaining a position at BMW.  After completing his apprenticeship there, Kevin was recognized as one of the youngest certified technicians.  However, a couple years after obtaining his red seal certification, Kevin decided to take on a new challenge and pursue his second passion: Real Estate.

Since completing the UBC Sauder Real Estate program, Kevin has been involved with real estate development, project marketing, strata and non-strata property resale.  Fluent in both English and Cantonese, Kevin has worked with Canadian clients as well as foreign investors.  Understanding the need for continual professional development and expertise, Kevin is currently studying Urban Land Economics at the UBC Sauder School of Business.

From the valuable experiences that he has learned on his career path thus far, Kevin understands the importance of giving back to his community, the very place where he developed and accomplished his goals. As a result, Kevin is involved with the Alzheimer Society of Canada, the BC Cancer Foundation, and is currently creating a scholarship for his former high school.
