We have worked together for the last year as my Vice-President on the Commercial Board, Real Estate Board of Greater Vancouver. Eugen has been very involved in all aspects of Board meeting issues, attended all regular meetings and took an active part in the meetings.  He was especially effective liaising with the Fraser Valley Board and REB4 (Calgary, Edmonton, Fraser Valley and the Real Estate Board of Greater Vancouver) in the creation of an integrated database. One of the initiatives for the year was to promote the Commercial Division, its members, and their individual listings. Eugen negotiated a special low rate with the Vancouver Sun newspaper. The promotion was also offered to Commercial Division members of the Fraser Valley, Chilliwack & District and Victoria real estate boards. Eugen was instrumental in working with the Fraser Valley Board to set up a greater presence on the web with clslink.ca.

Eugen is young, energetic and enthusiastic in his approach to business and board positions. I can wholeheartedly recommend him for his innovative and creative ideas and the implementation of those strategies and plans."
